Our Project Management team will work closely with the clients and contractors to ensure that the development progresses safely in accord to the design specifications, schedule and costs as stipulated in the contract. With our vast experience and knowledge, your project will achieve targeted goals in terms of budget, quality and deadlines throughout the development process.

Upon completion, all documents and as-built drawings will be properly coordinated, verified and submitted to all relevant authorities and clients. Our Service and Maintenance Team will follow up with the client to monitor all modifications and repairs during the Defects’ Liability Period and ensure that such works are carried out promptly with minimal disruption and inconvenience to their tenants.
